Copyright Protection Notice
MasaHub.desi respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this procedure for receiving notices of claimed infringement.
01. Notice Requirements
To be effective, a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Direct URLs of the material that is claimed to be infringing on MasaHub.desi.
- Information sufficient to permit us to contact you (Email, Phone, Address).
- A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that use of the material is not authorized.
02. Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing content. Most requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that sending your request to our hosting provider or other third parties will not expedite the process and may result in a delayed response.

04. Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
